Hey, my name is Eric Tolle and I’m the owner of Top Bar Training. My goal for each client is to create long term, positive lifestyle changes. I specialize in functional strength, fitness, and weight loss. I put a strong emphasis on injury prevention for every transformation. 

Since 2012 I’ve worked with individuals ranging from 8 years old to 98 years old. With my background in athletic training and sports performance, I’ve found great success in redefining healthy goals. My ideal client is strongly motivated and willing to work hard, inside, and out of the gym. There’s no better time to start than now!
